تقدّم George applications ضمان استرداد كامل للأموال خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الطلب على اشتراك InvestLearn Pro. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن الاشتراك لأي سبب خلال هذه المدة، يمكنك طلب استرداد كامل المبلغ.
كيف تطلب الاسترجاع
- تتم معالجة المدفوعات والاسترجاعات عبر بائعنا الرسمي Paddle. يمكنك تقديم الطلب مباشرة من paddle.net باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في الشراء.
- أو راسلنا على support@investlearn.app وسنساعدك في إتمام الطلب.
التجديدات والإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت، ويستمر وصولك إلى ميزات Pro حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية. تخضع الاسترجاعات كذلك إلى سياسة الاسترجاع لدى Paddle.
مدة المعالجة
بعد الموافقة، تتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يستغرق ظهورها في كشف حسابك من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل حسب البنك.

George applications offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on InvestLearn Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or contact us at support@investlearn.app and we will help you.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period. Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
Processing time
Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
